Comment le jouer
Ekko, Boy Who Shattered Time: Empower him for 1 energy and his exhaust. On a later turn, Disempower and exhaust him: the next unit you play this turn costs 2 energy and a rune less, and is killed at end of turn. Cheat in a big unit, let it die for value or save it.
Mulligans: keep two cheap units and Antagonistic Apparatus or Parallel Convergence. Send back a second 8 or 9 drop. Ekko, Ingenious waits in your champion zone.
Early game: Empower on a quiet turn, turn 2 beside a 3-cost unit. Turn 3, Disempower: Antagonistic Apparatus costs 4 and enters ready with a ready 3 Might Mech. After the fight, Parallel Convergence bounces it and deals 5 to a unit at a battlefield. Battlefields: Emperor's Dais to save, Firelights' Hideout for Accelerate, Rakelstake to Predict with Banner of Conquest.
Mid game: Disempower the turn a 6, 8 or 9 drop swings a battlefield. Riptide Rex then costs 4 and deals 6 to an enemy unit at a battlefield, again on each replay. Forbidden Technique readies a big unit, and comes back from your trash for 1 energy and two Fury runes when you play a card costing 7 or more. Akali, Brash's first move each turn adds 1 energy and a rune; ready her and her second banishes your top card to play this turn. Riptide Mage's -3 goes before you attack, Lost to the Sands (4) and Scorched Earth (5 split) in the showdown.
Late game: The Empyrean costs 6: Show Off a card, Predict its Power cost, draw 2. Drakehound Packmaster costs 7 and plays their top card for free. Before the turn ends, feed it to Shimmering Swimmer (2 damage) and Lingering Animus enters ready, or save it: Ekko, Ingenious bounces it, Emperor's Dais too on a conquer for 1 (and a 2 Might Sand Soldier), Unlicensed Armory recalls it for a discard and a Fury rune.
Mistakes to avoid: - A cheap unit after Disempower: it takes the discount - Waiting on the end-of-turn kill to ready Lingering Animus - Parallel Convergence in a showdown: it is not an Action - Ekko, Ingenious with no unit to return
